🔒 Everything runs in your browser: your song and your show are never uploaded.
Click the timeline to seek. Scroll sideways to move, Ctrl+scroll to zoom. Turn on Beat click to hear whether the grid is in time.
Tempo grid
If the click drifts, fix it here. Everything that hangs off the beat updates.
Sections
Found from where the sound changes. Make them your own: rename them, split one at the playhead to break it into parts, join neighbours, or drag a boundary in the timeline's Sections row. Each section gets its own lights in step 2.

Words & vocals
Separates the singing from the music, writes down the words with their timing, and tracks the melody. Everything runs on this computer. The first run downloads about 400 MB of models, which your browser keeps; after that a song takes a minute or two.
Fixing timing: in the timeline's Words row, drag a word's left edge to move where it starts, or drag the word to move it. Drag a line in the Lyrics row to move the whole line. Starts snap to where the voice comes in (hold Alt to place freely). Click a word, then use ← → to nudge it 10 ms (Shift: 50 ms). Ctrl+Z undoes.

Export timing
The .xtiming file imports straight into xLights: right-click a timing track header, then Import Timing Tracks.
Your xLights show
Which folder does xLights use as your show folder? It is the one holding xlights_rgbeffects.xml and xlights_networks.xml (often C:\xLights\Show). The page only reads it; nothing is changed unless you save a sequence into it.
Preview
Line up the photo with the lights. Drag the photo in the preview to move it. Scroll to resize it (Shift+scroll: width only, Alt+scroll: height only). Arrow keys nudge it (Shift: 10×). Or type numbers:
Click a prop on the house to see what lights it (Ctrl/⌘-click to pick more than one); drag a box over the yard to pick several at once. Scroll to zoom in/out on the cursor (Shift+scroll to pan sideways); drag with the middle mouse button to look around.

How this works
Every part of the song has its own light rows: which lights, when (the whole time, on beats, drum hits or singing), the effect and its colors. Let Ideas fill them in, then change anything by hand.
Ideas
The app lights the parts for you. Rows you untick (🔒) are kept. For: every section

Effects for props
What 🎲 Suggest a plan, Another idea and Randomize may pick. Lights already planned don't change. Each column is a kind of prop, each row an effect. The number is how often ideas pick that effect for that kind of prop, compared with the other numbers in the column (blank = never). Default is what the app has always used. Change any number and Save it as your own profile, or build one from your own sequences below. Every effect can also be chosen by hand in a light row.
📂 Build a profile from your own sequences learn which effects you use on each prop
Choose a folder of finished sequences (.xsq); its subfolders are read too. The app learns which effects you put on each prop, for how long, and the settings you used, then builds a profile: ideas pick those effects as often as you do, and mostly with your own settings. Nothing in the folder is changed. Opening your show first (2. Make a sequence) helps it tell what each prop is.

Kinds of prop
Single props (optional: each gets its own column)
Kinds you don't tick keep the Default choices. Ticking a single prop (say your mega tree) gives it its own choices, learned from that prop alone.
